Hi, my name is Jenna Singleton and I am a certified infant sleep consultant.
My sleep consulting passion started after becoming a mother to my first child, Naomi. Naomi was a serial
cat-napper and I became somewhat obsessed with trying to find ways to help her consolidate naps and have more restorative sleeps. This is how my interest in sleep consulting began.
Working with children has always been something I have been drawn to. At 19 I moved to Germany and worked as an Au Pair for two beautiful children aged 3 and 1. At age 21 I nannied part time and have worked with a range of children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old. In university, while studying to become a teacher, I worked in an After School Care. I have also been a primary school teacher for the last 5 years and have taught Years 1 through to 5.
I am a positive, open-minded and understanding person and cannot wait to help you on your journey to more restful sleep. Sleep struggles can create major stressors in any family, every mum or dad I have worked with has thrived off of better sleep. You could be next.
My approach to improving your child’s sleep is family centered. I will always work with your parenting styles, and beliefs to help you achieve the best outcome possible.
